PRIVACY POLICY:

 

We Find Part ensures the safety and security of your information during online transactions. Through this Internet Privacy Statement, we want to reassure users of the site that we will not sell, share, or rent user information to others in a manner different than as set forth in this Internet Privacy Statement.

We utilize a credit card or debit card processing company to handle billing for purchases made on the site, and we also engage outside distributors and delivery companies to assist us in fulfilling and delivering orders. We only share with them the necessary information to facilitate card processing, order fulfillment, and delivery of goods. Our users' personal information will not be shared, sold, or rented to any organization outside of We Find Part and our financial and order fulfillment affiliates. We occasionally send announcements and updates to our customers and users of the site based on the personally identifying information they have provided to us.

Order Confirmation:

Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon placing an order. This confirms that we have received the order in our system and pre-authorized the credit card for the purchase. Upon receiving the order, we will promptly contact our suppliers to confirm availability for immediate shipment. While we strive to deliver orders within 18 to 22 business days, We Find Part does not accept responsibility for shipping delays by carriers or at the actual yard. Orders will be eligible for cancellation and refund only if the part is not delivered even after 30 days from the order placement date.

Damages:

We kindly request customers to inspect the packaging of their items upon delivery. If any damage or loss is noticed, it should be noted when signing for delivery. In the event that items arrive damaged, please send photos to us for replacement or refund processing. Refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on refunds.

RETURN POLICY:

In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect part, please notify us immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PART BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN LABEL. It is the customer's responsibility to return the part within 7 business days of receiving the Return Label. The return address will be provided upon contact. Parts must be returned to the specified location upon receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If items are returned to We Find Part, they will be forwarded to the correct address listed in the RMA instructions at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the shipment. If a part is found to be defective, we will attempt to replace it first. If a replacement is not available, a full refund of the total sale amount will be issued. Items must be returned before the warranty expires to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Returns for reasons other than those stated above (such as ordering the wrong part or not needing the part) may be subject to a 30% restocking fee, and shipping costs may be withheld from the refund. Customers are advised to consult a mechanical expert before placing an order to ensure the correct part is selected. We strive to ensure the accuracy of parts sent. Items returned after the warranty period will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender. Parts must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date to be accepted.
