WARRANTY TERMS 

The warranty provided by We Find Part for our used engines is limited to the engine assembly itself. This includes components such as blocks, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and other internal parts that are part of the engine assembly. While switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifold, wire harnesses, valve covers, gaskets, brackets, oil pan, flywheel, and other associated auxiliary items may be included with the engine for convenience and to protect the assembly during shipment, they are not covered under warranty as they are not considered part of the engine assembly.

Despite our efforts to provide high-quality, well-performing older motors and transmissions (up to 35 years old), we cannot guarantee their appearance. Therefore, if a used engine performs as expected, any warranty claim does not extend to the appearance of the engine. We encourage customers to carefully review all inspection reports and contact our support team to report any discrepancies. It is advisable for customers not to refuse a shipment, as this may result in additional costs to the company if the shipment needs to be returned as part of a warranty claim.

We offer warranties on engines and transmissions ranging from 1 to 3 years for complete blocks.

To process an order, We Find Part incurs charges such as labor, freight, pallet cost, bubble wraps, straps, etc. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours of payment, a 30% restocking fee is applied along with the cost of two-way shipping if the merchandise has already been shipped.

We Find Part will fully reimburse shipping costs for returns certified under warranty. Customers are requested to allow us one opportunity to assist with any issues regarding the engine or transmission. If a replacement is approved and the customer refuses to receive it or requests a full refund, it will be treated as an order cancellation and will incur a 30% restocking fee.

OEM parts can be interchanged between different makes and models. We use a VIN compatibility tool to ensure compatibility, although some adjustments may be necessary for fitting. Our Return and Refund policies cover cases where an incompatible engine is sent to customers.

Despite VIN verification for compatibility, additional information may sometimes be required to verify the engine or transmission variant. Customers providing false information or ordering the wrong part will be responsible for two-way shipping costs and any price difference for replacement orders. Refusal of a replacement will be treated as an order cancellation and will incur a restocking fee as per our policies.

If an issue arises with a purchased used engine, we will promptly initiate a replacement process upon approval. If for any reason the replacement does not meet expectations, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Customers have 60 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with the replaced engine or transmission. Claims made after this period may not be approved.

For any inquiries or concerns during the warranty period, customers are encouraged to contact us for prompt assistance. Holding onto a problematic item for more than 60 days may hinder our ability to address the issue and approve a claim.

Our warranty is transferable and covers both parts and labor. If any installation issues arise, we will cover 90% of the labor charges.
